Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt Unrefined gray, mineral-rich
  • 12 –16 oz Filtered water Room temperature; spring water is preferred

  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring salt

Method
 

  1. Pour 12 to 16 oz of filtered, room temperature water into a glass.
  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic sea salt.
  3. Stir thoroughly until the salt dissolves.
  4. Drink slowly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
  5. Optional: Place 3–5 crystals of Celtic salt under your tongue midday for an energy boost.
