- Pour 12 to 16 oz of filtered, room temperature water into a glass.

- Stir thoroughly until the salt dissolves.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
- Optional: Place 3–5 crystals of Celtic salt under your tongue midday for an energy boost.
