  • 1/2 cup Warm Water or Tea Not too hot to preserve enzymes
  • 1/2 tsp Nut Butter optional Slows sugar absorption (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Gelatin optional Supports gut and sleep (optional)

Method
 

  1. Measure 1 teaspoon of raw Canaan honey.
  2. Add to warm water or herbal tea. Do not use boiling water.
  3. Stir gently until honey is fully dissolved.
  4. (Optional) Add nut butter or gelatin and mix again.
  5. Drink 20–30 minutes before bed or first thing in the morning.
  6. Repeat daily for best results.
