Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw unfiltered, with the mother
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon Or 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 1 Lemon Juice of half a lemon
  • 1.5 cups Warm water Not boiling; just warm
  • 1 tsp Raw honey optional Optional for flavor
  • few Mint leaves optional Optional for freshness

  • 1 Citrus squeezer For extracting lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Heat 1.5 cups of water until warm but not boiling.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar to the warm water.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon (or steep a cinnamon stick).
  4. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
  5. Add raw honey or mint if desired.
  6. Stir thoroughly and sip slowly on an empty stomach.
