Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw unfiltered, with the "mother"
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Fresh-squeezed preferred
  • 0.25 tsp Pink Himalayan salt Fine ground
  • 8 –10 oz Filtered water Room temperature
  • Pinch – Cayenne pepper Optional for metabolism boost
  • Pinch – Ginger powder Optional for digestion support
  • Pinch – Cinnamon Optional for blood sugar balance

Equipment

  • 1 Glass 8–10 oz capacity
  • 1 Spoon For stirring

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with 8–10 oz of room-temperature filtered water.
  2. Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
  3. Mix in the fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Add optional ingredients (cayenne, ginger, cinnamon) to taste.
  5. Stir again and drink slowly, preferably on an empty stomach.
