Method
- Fill a glass with 8–10 oz of room-temperature filtered water.
- Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in the fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Add optional ingredients (cayenne, ginger, cinnamon) to taste.
- Stir again and drink slowly, preferably on an empty stomach.
