Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breasts or thighs Boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Sweet or smoky style
  • 1 can Pineapple Chunks With juice not syrup
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Black Pepper To taste

Equipment

  • 1 Crock Pot Slow Cooker 4–6 quart recommended

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.

  2. Pour pineapple chunks (with juice) over the chicken.
  3. Add BBQ sauce and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

Notes

Swap pineapple chunks with crushed pineapple for a saucier finish.
Add a pinch of chili flakes for a kick of heat.
Great served over rice, in buns, or in lettuce wraps.
