Method
- Bloom gelatin in ½ cup of room temperature tea. Let it sit 5 minutes.
- Heat the remaining tea in a saucepan until warm (not boiling).
- Stir bloomed gelatin into the warm tea until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice, sweetener, and sea salt. Mix well.
- Pour into molds or ramekins and refrigerate 3–4 hours.
- Serve chilled. Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
