Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin Use agar agar for vegan version
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides Optional adds protein
  • 1.5 cups Herbal Tea Hibiscus raspberry, or ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Lemon Juice Optional for brightness
  • 1 –2 teaspoons Monk Fruit or Stevia To taste
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt Balances flavor and electrolytes

Equipment

  • 1 Small saucepan For heating tea
  • 1 Whisk To dissolve gelatin
  • 1 bowl For blooming gelatin
  • 4 Ramekins or Glass Molds For setting gelatin

Method
 

  1. Bloom gelatin in ½ cup of room temperature tea. Let it sit 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the remaining tea in a saucepan until warm (not boiling).
  3. Stir bloomed gelatin into the warm tea until fully dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice, sweetener, and sea salt. Mix well.
  5. Pour into molds or ramekins and refrigerate 3–4 hours.
  6. Serve chilled. Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
