Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda Use aluminum-free food-grade
  • 8 oz Filtered water Room temperature preferred
  • 1 slice Lemon Optional for added flavor

Method
 

  1. Pour 8 oz of filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
  3. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  4. Add a lemon slice if desired.
