- Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: Prepare the Jerk Chicken

- Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Remove from heat, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Step 3: Make the Creamy Jerk Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Sauté onions until soft, then add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring constantly.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
- Step 4: Combine Everything
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and sliced jerk chicken.
- Garnish with green onions and extra Parmesan if desired.
- Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
- Plate the pasta while warm.
- Serve with garlic bread, a fresh salad, or coconut rice for a complete meal.
