Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin powder Grass-fed preferred
  • ½ Lemon juiced Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Raw honey or monk fruit Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Hot water Just off the boil

  • 1 Spoon or Whisk For stirring

Method
 

  1. Add gelatin powder to a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
